Book a Tea Party February 2026- reservations for this month are now Closed

When making a reservation, please enter the number of each guest on both pages (per tier) who is attending your party, in the quantity section at checkout. 30% is what is shown at checkout as your reservation partial payment and is nonrefundable if the tea party is canceled after the 7-day window before your chosen date. (Though we can reschedule for another date and time) If there is a no-show, we cannot grant this. A $50 deposit Fee is also included for any losses on cancellations; this will be sent separately after you have booked your reservation. The remaining balance and automatic gratuity will be due at the end of your party. A 20% gratuity is applied for all parties of 10 guests or fewer, and 25% or more for larger parties. This is to ensure my help is compensated and to keep my help, as she volunteers her time.
Note: The automatic Gratuity is for FOR THE WHOLE TOTAL of your party, it is before taxes and without the deposit. The deposit will be applied to your remaining total if all is met and no broken, mistreated, unreplaceable, or missing pieces or cancellations.
Please keep in mind that we are a Tea Room that serves as a cafe or restaurant, and even more so, with every large and tiny detail artfully put into creating a special and unique experience for your tea party. We are NOT a large chain business. Each party’s table setting is carefully selected using our antique and modern teaware. Every piece possesses specialness and characteristics personally chosen for your memorable afternoon tea party experience. If you or your guests have any FOOD ALLERGIES, it is IMPORTANT to let us know as soon as you have reserved or before you reserve so we can accommodate and ensure we have foods and or avoid foods. Call or email us asap! Please do not wait until the last minute or the day of your tea party. This will make for a better experience for all guests if advance notice is given, so that we have the time to plan & meet your needs. We apologize, but we cannot refund requests made last-minute or on the day of the event, or last minute guest/s no shows. Additionally, we may not be able to accommodate food allergies that were not discussed during the reservation process without advance notice.
***Any outside cakes applies a $25 cake fee and must be discussed after you have made your reservation, so we can provide 1 table and trash can free of charge; any additional tables needed are $10 per table. Cake serving and cake supplies must be taken care of by you and your party. This will be added to your bill at the of your party.
* Private Party Venue Fee: $200 for 15 guests and under. (this means parties wanting to rent the whole space/ without other customers/tea parties booked at the same time as your tea party) 2-hours. Any additional hours needed cost $100 for every hour needed.
*Private Parties Venue Fee: $300 for over 15 guests, plus $150 for any additional hour needed.
You and your guests may arrive 10-15 minutes early for your party, though seating will not be ready until all tier plating is completed. You and your guest have VIP access to our boutique with a 10% discount for booking with us. Please let your guests know this so we can plate smoothly.
NOTE: There may be times when we run behind on plating if we have back-to-back parties, a busy flow of customers in both businesses before your party, or if issues arise. We apologize in advance. Though all will still go as planned, and you will still get your whole time for your party.
We typically lock the tea room and boutique while we prepare to plate your tiers to avoid interruptions from non-guests, as we have only two staff members. We will be on the lookout for you and your guests to unlock the door.
