Book a Tea Party December 2025
When making a reservation, please enter the number of guests (per guest tier) attending in the quantity section at checkout. This 30% reservation fee is nonrefundable if the tea party is canceled for any reason. The price shown during booking is the 30% for each tier for each guest in your party; multiply that amount by the number of guests to get your total reservation fee. Our website will automatically calculate this for you. That amount will be the total to be paid to reserve your spot and reserve your date. The remaining balance and an automatic gratuity will be applied at the end of your party.
Note: The Remaining balance is due at the end of the Tea Party. An Automatic Gratuity is added for ALL parties when checking out FOR THE WHOLE TOTAL of the Entire Party Price.
Please keep in mind that we are a Tea Room that still serves as a cafe or restaurant, and if not even more so, with every large and tiny detail artfully put into creating a special and unique experience for your tea party. We are NOT a large chain business. Each party’s table setting is carefully selected using our antique and modern teaware. Every piece possesses specialness and characteristics personally chosen for your memorable afternoon tea party experience. We hope you see the beauty in it all.
*** IF Guests have a FOOD ALLERGY, it is IMPORTANT to let us know as soon as you have reserved or before you reserve so we can accommodate and ensure we have foods and or avoid foods. Call or email us asap! Please do not wait until the last minute or the day of your tea party. This will make for a better experience for all guests if advance notice is given so we have the time to plan & meet your needs. We apologize, but we cannot refund requests made last-minute or on the day of the event. Additionally, we may not be able to accommodate food allergies that were not discussed during the reservation process without advance notice.
***Any Parties wanting to bring an outside cake must be discussed when reserving, and a fee will also apply. Cake serving and cake supplies must be taken care of by you. If you need a table for cake and gifts or a trash can, we can supply that for you upon request with advance notice would make it a better presentation.
You and your guests may arrive 10-15 minutes early for your party, though seating will not be ready until all tier plating is completed. We will guide you to your table once it is ready. We may run over on time when plating if we have back-to-back parties, and if issues or life happens. We apologize in advance, though, I am sure all will go well once seated. You and your guest may also shop at our boutique while waiting, and we can hold your items at the counter and check out all together with your party balance/s.
As a perk for reserving a tea party with us, you and your guest receive a 10% discount to use on a purchase at our boutique.
We typically lock the boutique and tea room while we are plating your tiers to avoid interruptions from non-guests, as we have a staff of only two. As we are preparing your tiers, we will be on the lookout for you and your guests to unlock the door for everyone.
